At Clarks UAE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your Clarks UAE account and navigate to 'My Orders' to select the items you wish to return and submit a request.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items in their original Clarks shoe box along with all tags and the original invoice to ensure a smooth processing.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will contact you within 24-48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep.
Receive Your Refund
After our quality team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
